DALLAS, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle, an international real estate management firm, has announced that Anita Vanderveer has been named vice president of the company's human resources department, responsible for managing all employment related operations.

Vanderveer comes to Pinnacle from YUM! Brands / Pizza Hut, Inc, where she was national director of human resources and training. She began her career with YUM! Brands over 25 years ago in restaurant operations and has served in a variety of human resources positions. She effectively provided HR strategic consulting, learning development and organizational capability leadership for all field employees. In her recent role, Vanderveer held responsibility for HR strategic support for all franchisees and performance solutions for more than 6,000 restaurants nationwide, managing high level HR processes, performance management, succession planning, learning and organizational development projects that spanned the entire organization. As an Executive Team Member, she initiated significant cost reductions and streamlined processes through substantial corporate realignments, restructuring and culture shifts.
Vanderveer holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and is a candidate for a master's degree in HR Development.
