DENVER, Dec. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Frank Bonanno — chef, cookbook author, television show host and proprietor of Bonanno Concepts — announced today that SupperBell, the chef-prepared dinner delivery service where he serves as the culinary director, has hired former Munchery culinary director, Bridget Batson, as its chief culinary officer. Chef Batson will partner with Bonanno in preparing the Denver-based operation to launch in several more cities in 2017.
"Chef Batson and her experience will play an important role in SupperBell's growth plan," Bonanno said. "We've proven that our five-star dinner delivery concept is not only unique, but is based on a more economical and eco-friendly model than other delivery concepts. Chef Batson and I share high expectations as we chart this path into our next regional markets."
Chef Batson served as the San Francisco culinary director at Munchery, an online food ordering and meal delivery service based in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle. Prior to joining Munchery, she served as the executive chef at Claude Lane, Gitane Restaurant and Hawthorne Lane, all based in San Francisco.
Chef Batson recently moved to Denver with her husband, Chef Patrick Kelly, who now serves as the executive chef at Denver's Panzano restaurant. She is a graduate of Peter Kump's New York Cooking School in New York City.
SupperBell is a chef-driven dinner delivery service startup that was founded in 2015 by a group of Denver entrepreneurs, business professionals and chefs from award-winning food concepts.
