His main responsibility is to oversee the growth of the company's solutions to alarm dealers. He'll directly manage Lydia Security Monitoring's more than 4,200 new dealers that now have access to Pro-Vigil's solutions. He and the sales and marketing team will assist dealers with the design, sales, and installation of solutions. Matlock will work with dealers to deepen their understanding of ways to properly leverage Pro-Vigil's technology so they can diversify and build recurring revenue.

Mr. Matlock enjoyed a 16-year career with UCC / Lydia Security Monitoring, where he served as Senior Vice President and a vital member of the company's executive management team. He managed all of the marketing and sales efforts for the company. During his tenure at UCC, Matlock was the driving force behind the company's rapid growth.
