CHEYENNE, Wyo., Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The directors and management of Formosa Liberty Corp. (OTC PINK: FLIB) ("The Company") are pleased to announce that the third quarter financial reports have been posted and reflect the company's completed acquisition of patents and trademarks for NanoSave N1 and NanoSave Tungsten Hull Coat, along with inventory, websites, customer lists and distributors.

NanoSave N1 is the "World's first full line of Nano Engineered Super Oils," with 18 different product blends. Tungsten Hull Coat is a revolutionary nano engineered boat hull coating that greatly reduces bio-accumulation and drag in the water. Additionally, the Company has approved plans for a unique chain of quick oil change and lube stations featuring NanoSave N1 products.
