(OTCPink: FOGC), today announced that the company has acquired Manzo Pharmaceuticals, LLC., a private firm aiming to become a major force in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of the acquisition, Manzo Pharmaceutical's founder and President, Kenneth Manzo has been appointed CEO and Chairman of Fortune Oil & Gas, Inc.

Manzo Pharmaceuticals, LLC is a specialty pharmaceutical company that is currently developing a range of innovative and affordable formulations for various drugs and supplements with innovative, patient-friendly and affordable solutions.
