Forward Health Group Highly Ranked in Early Data from KLAS Population Health Performance Report
MADISON, Wis., Dec. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- KLAS' newly released report on Population Health Performance (December 2015 ©2015 KLAS Enterprises, LLC. All rights reserved.) designated Forward Health Group as a "High Performing" vendor based on early data.
KLAS is a leading research company focused on improving health care delivery by accurately and impartially measuring vendor performance for health care providers. The new report aggregates input about vendors providing population health platforms.
Report authors cited Forward Health Group's high overall score, "Their early KLAS score of 87.2 represents one of the highest scores in the study." In the report, researchers identified four pillars of population health management: data aggregation, risk stratification, care management and patient engagement.
