Fountaingrove Lodge, America's First LGBT Retirement Community, Welcomes First Residents

SANTA ROSA, Calif., Jan. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Last month the first residents moved in to Fountaingrove Lodge, the nation's first LGBT-friendly continuing care retirement community for LGBT and straight individuals. Over 600 people joined award-winning developer Oakmont Senior Living in November to celebrate the grand opening of the 10-acre retirement campus located in Santa Rosa, just north of San Francisco. The community is currently 65 percent reserved with seniors from locations that include California, Florida, Maryland and London.
