Four Intrepid Travelers On American Journey Through All Fifty States In Seven Days

LOS ANGELES, July 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- JK Imaging, Ltd., the worldwide licensee for KODAK PIXPRO Digital Cameras and Devices, announced today a unique partnership with four daring travelers soon to set out on a journey through all 50 states in the U.S. in under seven consecutive days. Tipsy Elves, a holiday-themed apparel company is the sole sponsor of this adventure, and is excited about this opportunity to work together on this record-breaking journey. On July 10^th, the trip will commence, marking the first time in history so much American geography has been attempted to be covered by any traveler in such a short period of time. The four man team will document the trip for the world to see with the KODAK PIXPRO SP360 Action Cameras, a SP1 Action Camera and a compact S-1 Micro Four-Thirds Camera.

Brian Mehrens, Chris Watson, Josh Willis and Nate Williams, known as "The 50 states team," have a passion for adventure and exploring, and have traveled the world together for the past 15 years. This year they wanted to take their voyaging to a new, higher level and cover over 13,000 miles, over 7,000 primarily by car, through all 50 states in under 7 days. To the group, it is not just about the challenge, but also how they can best capture and share this amazing – and fast – journey with the world. When the team approached JK Imaging, the company was thrilled and ecstatic to participate in giving the guys multiple SP360 Action Cameras that will capture this historic journey and allow their followers to experience their travels in a whole new light.

The 50 states team will not be hard to spot driving across America in their SUV and Tipsy Elves Americana apparel. The starting line of the trip is in Maine and after driving through 48 states, the team will finish off the trip by flying to Hawaii and Alaska. At the journey's end, Brian Mehrens, a professional videographer, will produce a creative time-lapse video from the footage taken with the SP360 Action Camera.
