Through the SkyOS Contractor Portal, account customers can sign in using their email and access invoices and payment requests from one centralized, merchant-branded experience. Customers can see what is outstanding, overdue or complete; review transaction and line-item details; complete required agreements; and securely pay by card or bank through the Fractal payment experience.
After payment, customers can access their paid invoice, receipt and completed agreement when applicable.

Completed Contractor Portal payments automatically flow back into SkyOS. If a supplier records an offline payment, such as cash or check, the Contractor Portal reflects that the transaction has been paid. Canceled or deleted invoices and payment requests are also updated automatically.
The result is a connected experience on both sides of the transaction: greater self-service and visibility for the customer, with less manual reconciliation and administrative back-and-forth for the supplier.
