Sturia Primeur - Refined for less than 4 weeks, Sturia Primeur's shiny and detached roe reveal a creamy texture in mouth and a delicate taste of fresh hazelnut. Ideal for young caviar consumers.
Sturia Vintage - Sturia's signature Caviar, the Vintage selection, combines subtlety and complexity of flavors. Refined between 3 to 8 months, it associates rounded firmness and an explosion in mouth of harmoniously fruity and iodized flavors.
Sturia Oscietra - Made from Sturia's exclusive production of Russian sturgeon, Sturia Oscietra's melt-in-the-mouth, bronze-colored grains are packed with marine flavors and hints of dry fruit. Sturia is France's unique producer of 100% French Oscietra caviar.
Leveraging 30 years of ethical excellence from sustainable sturgeon-farming pioneer and parent company STURGEON, Sturia produces 13 tons of the highest quality caviar a year across eight production sites, including Europe's largest fish hatchery, six natural ponds and a R&D facility in the southwest of France. Located in Aquitaine, France, the birthplace of French caviar with fish farms across Gironde and Charente-Maritime, Sturia ponds have been instrumental in conserving and reintroducing European sturgeons to an enhanced natural habitat, where they are meticulously fed granules, plants, minerals and vitamins.
