ROCKVILLE, Md., Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Steben & Company, a leading provider of managed futures funds, announced today that Francine Rosenberger has joined the company as General Counsel. Ms. Rosenberger, most recently an equity partner at K&L Gates LLP, will oversee all legal and compliance matters for the firm. She serves on Steben's executive team and reports to Ken Steben, President and CEO.

Ms. Rosenberger joins Steben & Company from K&L Gates LLP, one of the top 20 law firms in the United States. At K&L Gates, Francine specialized in advising clients on the formation, structuring and operation of investment companies, ETFs, and commodity pools as well as registering newly formed investment advisers, the development of compliance programs, compliance audits, and advising fund boards on fund governance and regulatory issues.
