Julio Garcia, CPA, a hands-on Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with decades of proven leadership skills and a strong track record of building successful world-class global asset management businesses, will lead FLSV® FCS's consulting practice working along with FLSV® founding partners Charles J. Vallone, Alan T. Frankel, Seth L. Starr and other strategic FLSV® executives and staff.
