WASHINGTON, March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Family Research Council (FRC) Senior Legal Fellow Cathy Cleaver Ruse, Esq. will attend oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Sebelius v.
