In his speech, he discussed factors for formulation design, formulation and technology selection, formulation evaluation and a few fantastic case studies as well. The second was "Integration of  Nano-and Amorphous Solid Dispersion Formulations into Drug Discovery", by Yaling Wang, the Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences director of Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. In her speech, she touched on formulation challenges in drug discovery, enhancement of dissolution/solubility limited exposure, nano-suspension formulation and much more.
