Freedom2Drive Looks to Recruit, Train, Promote and Expand Local Driving Schools and Instructors to Compete Amongst the National Driving Schools

Freedom2Drive is looking to change the way in which new potential driving instructors receive their training and for them to become established instructors along with existing instructors joining the team.

If you look at some of the national schools there is even one that advertises on TV and in all forms of marketing but they only advertise for instructors they say nothing to encourage learners to receive training from them.

Freedom2Drive is a local Hertfordshire based school having gone through this process myself I understand how new potential instructors are turned away from the industry, the way I have now trained instructors and looking to move forward is to look at all aspects of the industry and increase the customer flow to improve availability for new instructors within the school.

Upon starting the training Freedom2Drive I personally will guarantee that each potential instructor shall receive full support and guidance throughout the whole process of the training, The first stage of the training is the theory test, with a national school you shall just receive a package with the books to read and practise study to prepare for the test, with F2D we shall have a minimum of weekly contact to offer support to achieving the result in the appropriate timelines. The second part is the practical test in which we shall prepare you to achieve the required standard, The third part is the teaching test this is the hardest part of the process and requires full understanding of the characteristics of learners and how to prepare and adapt if needed the training to show full knowledge. There are a number of ways to do this and become confident in training pupils.

Upon becoming a qualified ADI or for existing ADI's looking to join our school. We offer 75% of the franchise fee in adverts and promotion into building your name and reputation to become an established instructor.

For instructors and for the pupils we shall offer a variety of courses free of charge to improve knowledge and skill base to ensure they have full appreciation of the roads and law, this including speed awareness, Driver awareness and Fuel Eco driving.
