Her primary responsibility is to provide leadership and direction for the company's technology initiatives and activities, including application development, computer/system infrastructure, networking, system support and maintenance. Sydna also will focus on technology prioritization and the alignment of IT resources across corporate objectives.

With more than 20 years of experience in Computer Technology, Sydna has lead all facets of corporate IT, including delivering corporate technology, operations strategies, application development, business process management and business solutions. 

Over the last 17 years, she has been a strategic IT leader at a Fortune 50 company for groups across the commercial, manufacturing and research industries. During that time, Sydna developed technology strategy as well as provided bullet-proof operational support for highly-regulated systems.

Most recently, she was the CIO for an animal health manufacturer where she implemented cross-functional technology governance to align global technology and business resources. Her initiatives resulted in an increase in business value and corporate revenue.   

Sydna holds a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Business Administration from Cedar Crest College in Pennsylvania.
