NEW ORLEANS, Aug. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- French America Line, the newest U.S. cruise line created to bring a refined ambience to America's waterways, has opened 2017 itineraries for booking. All tours are commissionable to travel planners; detailed 2017 brochures are now available.

Offered from March 4, 2017 to January 6, 2018, the 48 five- to 14-day experiential cruise tours that celebrate regional food, music and culture will sail the Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, Cumberland, Red, Illinois and Arkansas rivers. New destination ports for 2017 include Chattanooga, TN; Louisville, KY and Pittsburgh, PA. Sixteen sailings offer an overnight aboard in Louisiane's final port of call prior to disembarkation.

Pricing is virtually all-inclusive, with one-night pre-cruise deluxe hotel stay and breakfast; all meals and free-flowing hand-selected beverages, beers, wine and spirits; nightly live entertainment, informative cultural and historical talks; and memorable Traveler Collection™ shore excursions in every port of call included in the tariff.

All meals are designed by award-winning Chef de Cuisine Regina Charboneau, with open seating in two dining venues offering inventive regional, French and Continental favorites as well as healthy Currents Cuisine™ selections under 400 calories for breakfast, lunch, dinner and 24-hour room service.
