This approval allows Kutch Wines to establish an estate winery and tasting room, deepening its commitment to site-driven winemaking.

What the Permit Means for the Future of Kutch Wines

With the winery and tasting room use permit now secured, Kutch Wines will move forward with plans to establish a thoughtful winemaking facility and a by-appointment-only tasting room. The estate vineyard, planted in 2022 to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, is set to produce its first harvest in Fall 2025.

With the new distillation permit in place, Kutch will also begin crafting estate-grown apple brandy, continuing its commitment to small-batch, handcrafted spirits.
