FRANKFURT/MAIN, Germany, July 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan's Growth, Innovation and Leadership (GIL) Community of business leaders will celebrate a premiere in Germany this November after having established itself as the business must-be-there event in the UK. The GIL Europe congress, which has already taken place in its fifth consecutive year in London will get a regional tint by moving to the German financial centre Frankfurt am Main. On Tuesday, 19th November 2013 industry leaders will gather at the Jumeirah Hotel Frankfurt to share new ideas and strategies to make their business decisions for the German speaking region successful.
The congress will explore growth opportunities and future trends in automotive & transportation, energy, environment as well as the healthcare sector. One of the focus areas will cover Frost & Sullivan's research on Mega Trends, representing the core drivers of industries, economies, but also human behaviour. Frost & Sullivan's Head of German Operations, Klaus Huhn, explains: "Understanding Mega Trends and aligning business decisions with the unmet needs emerging from them is a critical success factor for sustainable growth. They determine spending decisions in business, inform government policies, and drive important personal choices."
This annual one-day congress is part of Frost & Sullivan's exclusive Growth, Innovation and Leadership community that represents a global network of over 5,000 senior executives. It will start at 9.00 am CET with welcome and keynote - Journey to Visionary Innovation by European Director, Partner & Global Head of Growth Consulting, Mr. Jan E. Kristiansen, and Partner & Director, Mr. Dorman Followwill, from Frost & Sullivan.
More highlights of the congress include: Mega Trends and their Impact on Germany by Partner Sarwant Singh, 360 Degree Industry Perspectives on Automotive & Transportation, Energy & Environment as well as the Healthcare Sector, Interactive CEO panels, Mega Trends of the Mind, Body and Soul as well as the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Growth Excellence Awards Banquet.
Frost & Sullivan's Global GIL Community continues to be the industry's only resource that supports CEOs and their management teams in critical decision-making, offering tools that help industry leaders in achieving the three essential objectives of Growth, Innovation and Leadership. GIL 2013: Germany will provide CEOs and their growth teams an opportunity not just to attend GIL, but to actually experience it.
