KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan's flagship community of visionaries, innovators and leaders, GIL Global, held its 2012 Asia Pacific congress on 10 April 2012 at the Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This year's annual gathering focused largely on how CEOs and their management teams can further uncover growth opportunities by leveraging innovation as a resource to shape a better future for their companies and careers.

Mr. Manoj Menon, Partner & Managing Director for Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific presented his keynote address on The Journey To Visionary Innovation. Mr. Menon spoke on why innovation is critical to success, where innovation comes from, how to become a visionary innovator and what are the next steps.

In his presentation, Mr. Milroy identifies 50 most exciting technologies and innovations that will shape the world in the coming years.
