FSK II Completes Offering of $475,000,000 4.250% Notes Due 2025

PHILADELPHIA and NEW YORK, Feb. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- FS KKR Capital Corp. II ("FSK II") today announced that it has completed its previously announced offering of $475,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 4.250% unsecured notes due 2025 (the "Notes"). Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., ING Financial Markets LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and KKR Capital Markets LLC acted as bookrunners.

FSK II expects to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its senior secured revolving credit facility.
