(NYSE: FCN) (the "Company") announced today that it has issued a notice of redemption for any and all of its 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2013 (the "Notes") that remain outstanding after the consummation of the Company's previously announced offer to purchase and consent solicitation relating to the Notes set to expire at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on October 12, 2010. The redemption date is November 1, 2010, and the redemption price is 101.906% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest. The Company will use the proceeds of its previously completed private offering of 6 3/4% Senior Notes due 2020 to fund the redemption.
