JAJA is the brainchild of brothers Elliot and Maurice Tebele, alongside childhood pal, Martin Hoffstein. Two Tequilas lead the launch: Blanco and Reposado. Blanco features notes of black pepper, is sweet and herbal, and will have a suggested retail of $39.95. The Reposado expression, rested for six months in fine oak barrels, includes notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, at a suggested retail price of $49.95. All configurations are triple-distilled to ensure purity, as well as a smooth and pleasant drinking experience. JAJA utilizes volcanic water, to reduce the Tequila to balanced 80 Proof (40% ABV) and augmenting taste in the process. Everything remains filtered and aerated to perfection. The third variant, Añejo, is set to arrive in the time for the 2018 holiday season.
