Fullbridge Appoints New Executives to Run Law Programs
Vice Presidents Will Run Rigorous Coach-Led Programs to Accelerate Excellence in Attorneys
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fullbridge, Inc. named James Wallace – a J.D./MBA with extensive experience running entrepreneurial ventures – the Executive Vice President of Fullbridge Law Programs. Fullbridge further announced that Andrew Notaro, also a J.D. who has trained and managed attorneys at successful law firms for over a decade, will join the Fullbridge team as Vice President of Law Programs. Fullbridge Law Programs are designed to accelerate associates' practical and theoretical business knowledge through an intensive learning experience reinforced by extensive one-on-one, personalized coaching and individual feedback.
Mr. Wallace will direct law firm business development efforts for Fullbridge and will lead an experienced team dedicated to aligning curriculum content with law firms' cultures and professional development strategies. Mr. Notaro will leverage his wide knowledge of the legal industry to foster deep relationships with both new and existing clients.
"Top law firms make an important investment in hiring the best and brightest recent law school graduates and experienced attorneys," said Mr. Wallace. "These firms need first year associates to contribute immediately and need more experienced attorneys to become leaders. After completing a Fullbridge Law Program, junior associates are better prepared to understand the business framework underlying their legal work; experienced attorneys emerge with more refined business competencies and a better understanding of leading teams and developing business."
Mr. Notaro agreed, stating that, "The Fullbridge Law Programs are having a profound impact on how law firms serve their clients. The Programs empower attorneys with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to make a meaningful contribution to the needs of their clients. I look forward to the opportunity to see the Fullbridge Law Programs grow and help more lawyers accelerate their careers."
Prior to joining Fullbridge, Mr. Wallace graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and worked as a litigation associate at O'Melveny and Myers LLP. He later founded two companies, Price Protectr --named one of 2011's Most Brilliant Companies by Entrepreneur Magazine -- and nAscent Art New York. He is a former Air Force pilot, culminating his career in the armed forces as the Head of Congressional Inquiries for the Air Force Reserve.
Mr. Notaro has spent his career training and managing attorneys. He comes to Fullbridge after seven years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, having served most recently as the Litigation and Controversy Practice Administrator. He also spent five years as the Attorney Director at Pressler and Pressler, LLP.
Mr. Wallace and Mr. Notaro will take charge of a program that has already run multiple successful implementations. A senior partner at a top-five U.S. law firm believes the Program plays a vital role in preparing lawyers for the business of law, noting that, "The Fullbridge associates are a notch above a typical class. The associates' vocabulary, especially finance terms, is more expanded than previous classes."
Fullbridge, Inc. offers both programs for a law firm's entire first-year class and courses for more experienced attorneys. Programs are tailored to fit law firm schedules.
