Fullcast Named One of Utah's 100 Companies Championing Women
SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fullcast has been recognized as one of 100 Companies Championing Women by the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity through its Inspire In Utah initiative.
This recognition highlights Utah companies that demonstrate leadership in family-friendly policies, women-specific initiatives and workplace practices that advance the recruitment, retention and promotion of women. Companies on the list are known for initiatives that significantly benefit women in the workplace, with 90% offering flexible work hours and locations, 84% having pay equity efforts, 80% diversifying leadership teams and 76% providing paid family leave.
As part of this designation, Fullcast has been recognized for embracing these practices and fostering an environment where women thrive as contributors and leaders.
