Fully Leased Jurupa Valley Spectrum Defies Downward Retail Trend
JURUPA VALLEY, Calif., Oct 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kite Family Limited Partnership (KFLP), owners of the Jurupa Valley Spectrum today announced that the company has completed leasing its retail property in The City of Jurupa Valley. Recently added tenants include national chains Wingstop, The United States Postal Service, PaPa Johns, T-Mobile, and local brands Impulse Fashion, Crepelicious, The Valley Patch Farmers Market and Health Body Training & Fitness Center. Additionally, Starbucks was relocated from the main building to a newly renovated drive through which had been vacant for several years.

The 120,000 sq. ft. entertainment and retail center was acquired partially occupied in January of 2015 and soon thereafter lost a major tenant when Fresh-n-Easy filed for bankruptcy protection. Since then, KFLP has been improving and expanding the center in a bid to attract the attention of high quality retail businesses as well as supporting local events such as the Jurupa Valley Food Festival and a new local farmers market which hosts local farmers and artisans twice a week.
