FundAssist Adds to Team with Senior Management Appointments
LONDON, DUBLIN and LUXEMBOURG, April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
FundAssist, an international service provider to the asset manager industry, announced today that it has added to its team. Colm Carey, Implementation Manager, has come on board to manage client take-on and implementation and Seamus O'Cuill, Finance & Product Manager, has joined the company to assist in the developing of new and existing products and services. The new appointments will help the company continue its steady growth period experienced over the last ten years. The KIID (Key Investor Information Document) has been an important part of this growth in recent times.

We are constantly growing the business and expanding the services we offer to the industry. Seamus and Colm come to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge."
Colm has managed large scale international KIID implementation and financial reporting projects and has assisted in designing KIID software platforms. He has worked in a range of roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager and Senior Account Manager and has worked most recently for RR Donnelley. He holds a BSc in Information Systems Development and an MSc in Applied Digital Media.
Seamus is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has over twenty years' experience in the funds industry. He has worked in a variety of senior fund accounting and financial roles in blue chip financial institutions. His most recent role was with BNP Paribas Investment Partners in London.
As a KIID producer, FundAssist is experiencing high levels of KIID demands as asset managers prepare for the 1st July deadline. Andrew Johnston, Senior Manager, adds "we are encouraging fund managers to be prompt now in making decisions around their KIID production to ensure that the deadline is met. It is imperative that projects get under way immediately to ensure a high quality service in the run up to July 1st."
