LOS ANGELES, June 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Future Music Talent (FMT) is launching an ambitious and strategic business model dedicated to discovering and nurturing new music talent from around the world. Operating as a one-stop shop, FMT's main goal is to discover talents in an early stage in their career and guide them to the highest level possible.

At a time when the amount of self-produced digital music content has exploded around the world, FMT aims to streamline the "demo-to-superstar" process, and re-introduce the dedication and artist development of the pre-digital era.

Reminiscent of the one-stop music integration of 1960's powerhouses such as New York's famed Brill Building, and Berry Gordy Jr.'s artist development school at Motown Records, it will be FMT sanctioned scouts who will first discover, and bring in new artists into the FMT organization.

Once an artist is on the FMT talent roster, they will have access to many years of expertise in a wide variety of aspects in the industry such as recording and production, music releases, management, bookings, marketing and branding, publishing, accounting and legal affairs. FMT and her experienced partners offer a highly professional team of industry experts and a huge international network of DJ's, composers, singer/songwriters, record labels, event promoters, press and all sorts of media such as radio, TV, blogs and printed media.

FMT developed artists will be officially presented to the media and the international music industry at various high profile music events around the globe during a special FMT showcase, beginning with the Amsterdam Dance Event conference in October 2014.
