GLENDALE, Calif., Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- FutureLogic, Inc. announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against Nanoptix, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on October 14, 2010. The lawsuit alleges that defendant's "Paycheck"™ line of printers used at casinos in California and elsewhere in the United States infringes United States Patent No. 7,594,855 (relating to gaming promotional printers) held by FutureLogic. FutureLogic's lawsuit requests injunctive relief, a court declaration of infringement, and monetary damages.
