FutureLogic Names Tony Shepherd as Chief Financial Officer

GLENDALE, Calif., Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- FutureLogic, Inc., the world's leading developer of innovative ticket printing and couponing solutions, announces today that Tony Shepherd will be joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Former CFO, Jon Huntley, will join the FutureLogic board of directors.

Tony is a proven, versatile, and resourceful CFO with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, restructuring and M&A advisory.  His expertise ranges from large accounting and consulting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and FTI Consulting, as well as middle market companies such as ExtruMed, a precision medical component manufacturer, and boutique investment banking firms, including Trinity Capital and Barrington Associates.  At FutureLogic, Tony will oversee corporate finance and accounting, HR and IT and will report to FutureLogic Chief Executive Officer, Eric Meyerhofer.
