Pet parents can schedule their free appointment by visiting https://freevetvisit.yourfuzzy.com/. Visits must be scheduled within a 30-day period of signing up. A board certified Fuzzy vet and vet medical assistant will visit pets at their home for their appointment that includes a free physical exam and free vaccinations. Preventive medications such as flea, tick & heartworm are not included in the free visit, but pet parents can automatically become members for the $39 monthly subscription fee and have these medications delivered directly to their door for no additional cost. All members receive a welcome pack that includes a pet gift box, a dental health kit and all flea, tick and heartworm medications. Pet parents that take advantage of the free veterinary visit will need a credit card, but no charges are incurred unless they become members.
