FXecosystem Adds Transatlantic Market Experience to Its Board

LONDON and NEW YORK, Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FXecosystem Inc. (FXE) has added to the strength of its board by adding two new members. FXecosystem has become the premier location where parties connect to trade in the global $4 trillion foreign exchange market.

Gary Sugarman was appointed to the board and will serve as executive chairman. Mr. Sugarman became an investor in FXE in November 2010. He has been an active private equity investor over the last 15 years, investing in 6 telecom operating companies, generally serving as CEO or executive chairman of those companies. He currently sits on the board of directors of two U.S. public companies: TDS and LICT.

James Banister was also appointed to the board and will serve as president of FXE. Mr. Banister has been involved in the foreign exchange market for over 17 years, holding senior roles at Citibank, FXall and most recently the managing director for eFX for Bear Stearns. He brings a wealth of FX experience to FXE.
