
GAB Robins Promotes Adjusters to Highest Rank: Fohl, Foster, Mansfield and Rhinehart Named Executive General Adjusters
PARSIPPANY, N.J., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- GAB Robins North America, Inc., a leader in loss adjusting and claims management services, today announced the promotions of Dale Fohl, Kevin Foster, Val Mansfield and Greg Rhinehart to Executive General Adjuster, the highest adjusting level in the company. All four individuals are graduates of the company's protege program, an intensive training and mentoring program for up-and-coming adjusters.

Fohl, who is based in the Mid-Atlantic Region, joined GAB Robins in 1999. He was promoted to Adjuster in 2000 and General Adjuster in 2003. In 2006, he joined the company's protege program, and in 2008, he was named a National General Adjuster. He specializes in business interruption, commercial and residential property, retail, agricultural, builders' risk, environmental liability, inland marine, manufacturing and municipalities. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degree from Shippensburg University.
Foster, who is based in New York, joined GAB Robins in 2006 and entered the protege program. In 2007, he was named a National General Adjuster. He specializes in boiler and machinery, builders' risk, business interruption, commercial property, condominiums, contractor's equipment and installation floaters, errors and omissions, extra expense, garagekeeper's liability, product liability and manufacturer output.
Mansfield, who is based in Texas, joined the company and the protege program in 2008. Last year, he was named a National General Adjuster. During his tenure, he has focused on losses related to commercial property, business interruption, boiler and machinery, cargo, moisture control, builders' risk, commercial construction, high-value personal lines and hospitality. Mansfield also has earned NFIP Flood and California earthquake certifications.
Rhinehart, who is based in Pennsylvania, joined GAB Robins in 1994 as an adjuster trainee and received successive promotions, serving most recently as a National General Adjuster. He specializes in business interruption, retail and commercial property, agricultural, lumber mills and kilns, boiler and machinery, environmental liability, inland marine, manufacturing, food services and hospitality. He earned his bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
