The funding comes as trade rules are becoming more complex amid rapid regulatory changes; customs authorities are increasing enforcement, raising the cost and risk of errors; and businesses face a shortage of qualified professionals able to manage the growing volume, complexity, and exposure. Together, these pressures are making traditional, manual approaches to global trade increasingly difficult to sustain, affecting product margins, sourcing decisions, market access, and working capital. As a result, global trade decisions are drawing greater attention from CFOs, general counsels, supply-chain leaders, and corporate boards. 

Gaia Dynamics is expanding beyond traditional compliance workflows to give these teams the information and AI tools to evaluate risk, coordinate their response, and plan more effectively.
