William M. Aul is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of California and Wisconsin with a practice emphasizing securities, corporate, and partnership law, FINRA matters, and representation of issuers, underwriters, and venture capital funds in public and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and related transactions together with brokers and broker-dealers in SEC, FINRA, and state securities enforcement matters.

He is an adjunct professor of securities law at California Western School of Law, San Diego, California. He has also served as Program Co-Chairman for the Securities Program of the Corporate Practice Institute, a seminar speaker before the National Association of Corporate Directors Forum, a seminar speaker before the California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), and colloquium chair of the Corporate Finance Council.
