GameSquare Announces Initial Onchain Yield for August 2025 of Approximately 8%, or $5.4 million Annualized

NFT yielding program started September 1, 2025, and is expected to be accretive to annualized yield

FRISCO, Texas, Sept. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) ("GameSquare" or the "Company") a next-generation media, entertainment, technology and onchain treasury company, today announced its initial monthly performance from its previously disclosure Ethereum (ETH) treasury strategy launched on August 1, 2025, through Dialectic's onchain yield platform.

The above ETH holdings and yield data exclude other onchain assets, including the Company's NFT portfolio. At August 31, 2025, GameSquare owned NFTs with a cost basis of approximately $7.15 million USD. The Company's NFT yielding program, managed by 1OF1 AG, commenced on September 1, 2025, is expected to be accretive to annualized yields and solidify GameSquare's leadership in onchain financial innovation.

GameSquare also purchased 1,402.52 ETH on August 1, 2025, at a price of $3,565 per ETH.
