GAPP Approved for Rohan, Closed Beta Testing Begins

HONG KONG, March 31 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The PRC's leading e-sport tournament and digital entertainment company, C Y Foundation Group Limited ("C Y Foundation" or the "Group"; SEHK: 1182), has announced that "Rohan," the Group's massive multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) for which the Group had earlier obtained the exclusive right to distribute and market in China, has been granted approval from the General Administration of Press and Publication ("GAPP") for entering into closed beta testing, a major step prior to the game's launch in the China market.

In addition, the Group has entered into a Second Supplemental Agreement ("Agreement") with YNK Korea Inc. ("YNK Korea") to extend the exclusive right to license and distribute online game "Rohan" without extra consideration.

The acquisition of Rohan for the China market marks a major milestone in the development of C Y Foundation's digital entertainment business. The authorized website of Rohan for China (http://www.rohan.cn ) has been well received by players since it was launched in July last year. Rohan not only enriches the Group's portfolio, but also brings more quality digital entertainment products to players in China.
