Having implemented Distiller one year ago, Gardner Denver has observed touchless processing on a significant percentage of their PO-based invoices whereby these invoices require no human intervention from the time they are scanned until they are posted into their SAP ERP system. The cost of processing each invoice, having already approached best-in-class based on process improvements, has continued to drop considerably with the introduction of Distiller automation. Distiller is also being deployed in Gardner Denver's shared service center in Germany.
"Distiller has provided a clear benefit to our operations," said Lynne Degand, Director of Manufacturing Accounting and Domestic Shared Services at Gardner Denver. "Intelligent data capture has allowed us to reduce operating costs, and we expect to see continued success as we optimize processes and roll out Distiller more broadly."
"Intelligent data capture provides an unparalleled ability to minimize touch points while extracting and verifying data with both speed and accuracy," said Carl Mergele, Chief Executive Officer at Brainware. "The bottom line is that Distiller boosts productivity which saves our clients a great deal of money. We are proud to serve Gardner Denver in their endeavors and be a part of their ongoing success."
