Gatti & Associates and HRLF Announce iRobot EVP of HR as the Bob Gatti HR Leadership Excellence Award Recipient

BOSTON, Nov. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Gatti & Associates and Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF) are pleased to announce the recipient of the first annual Bob Gatti HR Leadership Excellence Award.  This award recognizes outstanding HR Leaders in New England, showcases exemplary HR work and profiles individuals who are role models for all HR practitioners. The recipient of this year's award is Russ Campanello, EVP of HR and Corporate Communications at iRobot. Jill Larsen, SVP of HR & Talent at Cisco Systems, and Cynthia Ring, CHRO at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, received Awards of Distinction.

This year's recipient, Russ Campanello, has served as iRobot's EVP of HR and Corporate Communications since February 2014 and has been with the organization since 2010. Russ has been at the helm of the HR function for the last seven years at iRobot during the company's successful transition from a diversified robotics company into a focused consumer brand.  At iRobot, Russ brought a breadth of multi-industry experiences in diverse environments. He has the reputation of being a "world-class" HR executive and has managed change in high growth environments, in mergers and acquisitions, and in cash-strained companies. The richness of his professional background and personal values are a perfect match for iRobot. He is an inspiration to many iRoboteers and exemplifies each criterion of this nomination.
