Gauntlet Private Investments Secures $12 Million CMBS Loan for Portfolio of Retail Properties in Huntsville
HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gauntlet Private Investments, a real estate-focused private equity firm, announced today that it has secured a $12 million commercial mortgage-backed securities loan for a portfolio of retail properties located in Huntsville, Ala.

The portfolio consisted of 10 properties, two of which had assumable mortgages in place. The properties varied in condition and occupancy, and varying lease maturity dates further increased the level of complexity of the deal.
