Chiara Soldati is now the fifth generation at La Scolca and she's glad to present her new book "La Scolca My Dream", in several events all over the world, sharing this pleasure with people on the most popular social media and also on the website http://www.scolca.it.

Chiara Soldati says, "'La Scolca My Dream' describes my life, my story and my passion for my wines. 'My Dream', however, is a more extensive concept because, while traveling through the years, to raise the Gavi La Scolca awareness, I realized that this magic dream is not only mine, but I share it with all those who appreciate and savour my wines, with those who know this wine in the world and who know the little piece of land from where these bottles originate, with those who discover its hidden notes or simply, in an emotional way, pair it to their personal moments." Writing is a great family passion, joint with the magical experience of wine. Chiara Soldati's uncle, Mario Soldati, was a famous Italian writer, the first writer who wrote and realized a Guide about wines in 1972, "Vino al Vino". This guide was a description of the wines and the great emotions behind the labels. Chiara speaks about the special dream of the famous and magic "Gavi dei Gavi"® "Black Label", and she says with her bright eyes: "Some wines surprise us with their complexity but also with their crystalline simplicity, that's what impassions us. I find that each of us looks like a wine, that life changes, improves, enriches and gradually makes it more interesting. Due to this reason, there are moments, stories, travels, meetings and wines that open some new horizons or simply make us look at the world by different eyes. So every wine becomes a dream that is nice to share and enjoy, telling stories, enjoying for a smile or a laugh, or just appreciating an eloquent silence, leaving our senses talking about this precious glass."
