GB Connections Named One of Hart Energy's 2026 Best Places to Work

HOUSTON, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GB Connections LLC (GBC) has been named one of Hart Energy's Best Places to Work for 2026, joining the inaugural group of energy companies recognized for creating outstanding workplace experiences. The program evaluates participating organizations through a combination of employer practices and direct employee feedback.

For GBC, the recognition reflects more than workplace policies or programs. It provides meaningful validation that the culture the company wants to preserve is already being experienced by the people who shape it every day.

Ninety-four percent of participating employees said GBC's culture allows them to do their best work and 94% said they are enthusiastic about the work they do. The results also reflect the values GBC has articulated as part of its cultural foundation: acting with courage, taking ownership, staying responsive, grounding decisions in facts and communicating honestly—even when it is difficult. The survey also provided tangible evidence of those qualities in practice: all participating employees said they have sufficient autonomy to make decisions, and 100% agreed that GBC is committed to producing high-quality work and to keeping employees informed about financial matters.

The company currently employs 21 people and has added five employees over the past year. For GBC, continued growth makes it increasingly important to preserve the beliefs and behaviors that have shaped the organization, so that the culture that energizes progress today continues to support the company as it evolves.
