GEM Inc. selected as ENR Midwest's Top Specialty Contractor of 2016
WALBRIDGE, Ohio, Oct. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- GEM Inc. has been selected as Engineering News-Record (ENR) Midwest's Specialty Contractor of 2016.
Based on 2015 regional revenue, GEM is ranked sixth on ENR Midwest's Top Specialty Contractors list for 2016, up from 10th last year. In the dominant mechanical sector, GEM is ranked fourth.
To select each year's top specialty contractor, ENR Midwest looks for companies in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin that have had an exceptional year with notable projects and improvements in year-over-year results, said ENR Midwest Editor Mike Anderson.
Finalists provide details on corporate values, community involvement and company history. ENR editors throughout the country vote for the regional winners.
