Many factors may cause actual results to differ from forward-looking statements, including inaccurate assumptions and a broad variety of risks and uncertainties, some of which are known and others of which are not. Such risks and uncertainties include the risks that: Generex will not obtain the stockholder approval of the reverse stock split; and the reverse stock split, if implemented, will fail to have the desired effect of sufficiently raising the common stock price to meet The NASDAQ Capital Market's $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing of Generex's stock. Generex claims the protection of the safe harbor for forward-looking statements that is contained in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act.
