Generix Group announces a stake acquisition in Sologlobe Logistics Inc.
MONTREAL, Sept. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Sologlobe, a leading provider of supply chain software, is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement whereby the Generix Group will acquire a majority stake in Sologlobe Logistics Inc.
