NORTHVILLE, Mich., March 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Genitti's Hole-in-the-Wall Restaurant and Entertainment Theater announced today an April Fool's Day (Wednesday, April 1^st) night of standup comedy, featuring Northville's own Bob Phillips, Mike Bobbitt (of Los Angeles; formerly of Troy), and Steve Lind (of Ortonville).

Ordinarily, the three comedians criss-cross the country separately, performing their standup acts in theaters and clubs. But every so often their schedules coincide and they get together to perform as a trio.

The show is named for the different styles of comedy each brings to the show. Steve Lind (The Good) is an endearingly funny clean comic whose takes on family life and everyday situations are presented in a friendly, conversational style. Bob Phillips (The Bad) has a biting wit, and sprinkles his funny, R-rated act with tales of growing up in the 70s, and the dark side of being a single dad. Mike Bobbitt (The Ugly) is known for his hilarious telling of "ugly truths" about ourselves and the ones we love, including our cats.

The three can be heard on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio, and can be seen on ABC Family Freakout and Fox's Laughs. In addition, funny newcomer Andy Genitti will be hosting the show.

Half of the ticket price is being donated to the Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund, a local nonprofit organization that is dedicated to supporting Michigan-based soldiers and their families (www.fwsf.org).
