ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard that specifies the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) in a company. QMS impacts a company at every level, from daily administrative operations, to product development, marketing and sales, and through post-market customer service.
Genohm's recent achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification, the latest updated version of ISO 9001, demonstrates a clear and ongoing commitment to maintain the highest QMS level throughout the company.

Genohm was originally certified for ISO 9001 in 2014. The new certification, with its greater emphasis on customer satisfaction, allows Genohm to build on its tradition of combining a customer-friendly approach to product development with a strong customer support focus. The upgraded :2015 regulations give Genohm additional tools to solidify the customer relationship and support in even more ways.
