INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh Thyme Farmers Markets across the Midwest will be hosting health and wellness fairs to help customers achieve their health goals for 2015. The fairs are designed to provide a learning experience to anyone interested in a healthier lifestyle this new year. Let's get "Fit & Lean in 2015" – with Fresh Thyme, visit your local Fresh Thyme Farmers Market during the Health and Wellness Fair for a jumpstart toward putting resolutions into action!

The fairs will be hosted over two Saturdays in January. Check the list below to find the dates and times for each Fresh Thyme location:

Saturday, January 10 from 11am – 2pm:

  • Illinois: Deerfield
  • Indiana: Greenwood and Lafayette
  • Ohio: Cincinnati (Oakley) and Dublin

Saturday, January 17 from 11am – 2pm:

  • Illinois: Mount Prospect
  • Indiana: Indianapolis (West 86th, East 82nd) and Fort Wayne
  • Ohio: Cincinnati (Harper's Station)

The Health and Wellness Fairs look to be both exciting and informative. From healthy food demos, chiropractic evaluations and chair massages to exercise demonstrations such as yoga, Pilates and Zumba, there will be something for everyone. Fresh Thyme will have plenty of giveaways for event attendees, and many stores will also have appearances from local cooking personalities.
