Get Real USA, Inc. to Acquire Significant Ownership Interest in "NOW TV LIVE", the First Ever Live-Streaming Online Television Network and Video Creation Studio

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Get Real USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GTRL) announced today that it has agreed to acquire a significant equity ownership interest in the new "Now TV Live" streaming online television network.

Now TV Live believes it will be the first ever live-streaming television network distributed through the Machinima/YouTube platform. The Network will produce content in its own state-of-the-art video studio in North Hollywood, California.
