BEDMINSTER, N.J., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- GettingHired, LLC and Lincoln Financial Group today announced the signing of an agreement to implement GettingHired's new FastTrackRTW Long Term Disability product. The FastTrackRTW program aids insurance companies in the short-term disability, long-term disability and workers compensation sectors to better manage return-to-work programs. The technology is uniquely designed with a robust set of Section 508 compliant features which provide motivational support and career services tools for the claimant. Additionally, the proprietary RightMatch™ technology is used to match a claimant's experience and abilities to a large database of open jobs and a specialized tracking module allows caseworkers to monitor and encourage FastTrackRTW utilization by claimants.
